🎨 Unleash Your Inner Artist! PTA Reflections 2026-2027 is Open! 🎭
Calling all Mead Mustangs! It’s time to show your creativity in the annual PTA Reflections program. This year's theme is "What My Culture Means to Me". Students can submit original works in dance, film, literature, music, photography, and visual arts.
CRITICAL CHANGES THIS YEAR – PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:
Submitting is different this year due to a new state-wide digital system. To properly submit an entry, please follow these guidelines:
💻 Online Entry Form: ALL entries across all categories must have their official student entry form completed and submitted electronically online.
🖼️ Physical Drop-off (Visual Arts & Photography ONLY): If your child is entering the Visual Arts or Photography categories, submitting the online form is not enough. Per state guidelines for the final art showcase, the original physical artwork must also be dropped off at the Mead Main Office.
⚠️ How to label physical artwork: Before dropping it off in the front office, please securely attach a piece of paper or card to the back of the artwork with the following information clearly written:
Student's First and Last Name
Title of the Artwork
Parent's Email Address
📅 Submission Deadline: All online forms and physical artwork drop-offs must be completed by Friday, October 30th.

What is Reflections?
National PTA arts contest for Pre-K–12* that builds confidence, artistic literacy, and self- expression. Students must participate through a local PTA/PTSA.

Program Timeline:
1. Artwork is submitted to school.
2. Council/Region review, judge & advance to State
3. State PTA results are announced in March & showcased at SPOTLIGHT
4. National PTA results are announced May 1st
