Treat day will be held once a month.  We use different vendors each month to bring a treat to your child. Please select which months your child would like to participate. Treats will be passed out at school during their lunch. Please complete and submit this order form by August 27th. Submit your payment no later than August 29th.  Checks should be made out to the Mead PTA or cash in a sealed envelope. Please include EXACT amount if paying by cash–no change will be given!
