Mead Blitz Program
“Blitz” is Mead Junior High’s after school program that students are personally invited to participate in. The students that qualify for this program receive additional support in reading and/or math depending on their area(s) of need. The intervention schedule is as follows:
-Mondays: Math (2:15-3:50)
-Tuesdays: Language Arts (2:15-3:50)
-Thursdays: Language Arts (2:15-3:05) and Math (3:10-3:50)
The students participating in “Blitz” will have after school busing available to them if they regularly take the bus to and from school. Students will be able to utilize our open library on Thursdays while they wait for either their class or bus.
